2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

- Be unused and uninstalled

7. Exchanges
If you wish to replace a product, the recommended approach is:

8. European Union – 10 Day Right of Withdrawal
If products are shipped to customers within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return the order within 10 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
